I recently had a fantastic time at a hotel nestled in the mountains north of Osaka. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for a truly authentic Japanese ryokan experience. The attention to detail was spot-on, from the traditional wafuku provided to the ten-course dinner of delicious traditional foods. The friendly and attentive staff made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I also loved the location of the hotel, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering stunning views from the on-site open-air mineral bath. this hotel provided a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
All was perfect, exceeding my expectations.

My recent stay at a traditional ryokan was a dream come true. The location was absolutely stunning, tucked away in the mountains with a shuttle bus available to transport us up the curvy road. The room featured tatami floors and futons, along with a gorgeous view of the city. the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even making hard boiled eggs for breakfast. The hotspring baths were also a highlight, featuring multiple types with an open-air option.
While a bit modern, it did not detract from the overall incredible experience.

Celebrating the New Year in the Japanese way was a great cultural experience. The traditional dinner with fish and vegetables was delicious. The onsen bath was a relaxing way to welcome the New Year. They provided us robes to wear which was a neat touch. The outdoor bath area had beautiful night views of the city, and we got to soak in the warm waters while gazing at the stars. The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to transportation and a free shuttle service to the hotel.
The staff was not very welcoming and accommodating. They seemed annoyed when we asked for directions on how to use the onsen.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. With its stunning location in the mountains north of Osaka, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the city while enjoying the peacefulness of nature. The attention to detail in the rooms, from the traditional tea sets to the cozy amenities, adds a touch of luxury to your stay. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, ensuring that your every need is met. The breakfast, mentioned as one of the best in Japan, is a delicious start to your day, with homemade jams and regional specialties like yuzu juice.
No room for improvement, everything was perfect.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service from a nearby station, making it easily accessible. The food was delicious and locally sourced. The open-air bath was a great experience, with a beautiful view of the city.
Be aware that the hotel charges an extra fee for checking out an hour late, which seems unfair. , the price was quite expensive for a New Year's stay.

We had a wonderful stay with amazing food and brilliant spa facilities. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed stunning views from the room and the three outdoor baths available. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had in Japan and had homemade jams and yuzu juice.
Not one thing.
